How does offline mode work for patrollers?
The software stores data locally on the smartphone or tablet. In a dead zone, the patroller works normally. As soon as a signal is picked up, all entered and timestamped data automatically syncs back to the central office.
Are we dependent on Social Box to modify our ski area?
No, you are 100% autonomous. The DigiSnow backoffice gives you the tools to create, delete, or modify slopes, lifts, fun activities, or custom statuses without needing our support.
Can we interconnect DigiSnow with our grooming or weather tools?
Absolutely. The platform acts as a data hub. We natively import the Météo France Station feed, grooming data (CGX/Snowsat), and can integrate external feeds via secure data gateways.
Is DigiSnow really real-time?
Yes. Thanks to a highly efficient Cloud infrastructure, the delay between an entry on the slopes and the data update on screens or apps is less than one second.
How do you manage broadcasting to our partners (Website, App)?
We strictly separate operations from external communication. You have a public data feed, updated automatically, that your web agency or partners can use very easily.
